Texas Man Arrested After Filming Himself Throwing Stolen Human Remains Over FBI Office Fence
Michael Chadwick Fry faces multiple felony charges, including abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence, after allegedly desecrating a mausoleum to obtain human remains. The suspect documented his actions in a YouTube video, where he claimed that tossing a bucket of bones over the perimeter fence of the FBI’s Dallas field office was a tactic to "summon" federal agents. Authorities were alerted to the incident after Fry’s mother contacted local police regarding his erratic behavior and his request for money to transport a body.
Investigators believe the remains were stolen from a cemetery in Denton, Texas, and an urn containing ashes was allegedly taken from a site in Oklahoma City. Fry, who has a history of targeting media outlets, reportedly expressed frustration with law enforcement during the video, claiming he was forcing an investigation into his personal grievances. He remains in the Denton County Jail on a $30,000 bond while officials conduct DNA testing to identify the remains. This incident marks another high-profile encounter for the suspect, who previously drew police attention in 2018 by crashing a vehicle into a television station.
