Cold Case Breakthrough: Iowa Woman Charged in 2011 Murder of Real Estate Agent

Authorities in West Des Moines have arrested 53-year-old Kristin Ramsey in connection with the 2011 murder of 27-year-old realtor Ashley Okland.
