Fleeing Domestic Violence Suspect Charged With Triple Murder After Fatal Collision in Pomona

A high-speed police pursuit in Pomona, California, ended in tragedy Wednesday night when a domestic violence suspect crashed into an innocent couple, killing both the parents and their unborn child. Authorities identified the suspect as 31-year-old Marshall Judson, who now faces three counts of murder. The incident began when officers responded to a domestic disturbance call and encountered Judson, who allegedly struck a police cruiser with his truck before fleeing the scene. During the subsequent chase, Judson collided with a Ford Fusion occupied by 25-year-old Jennifer Loera-Zarco and 26-year-old Marc Anthony Trejo Saldivar.

Loera-Zarco, who was eight and a half months pregnant, and Trejo Saldivar were pronounced dead at the scene, along with their unborn son. Following the crash, police apprehended Judson and discovered a firearm and various weapon components inside his vehicle. Records indicate that the suspect did not possess a valid driver’s license at the time of the incident. Family members of the victims have expressed profound grief, emphasizing that the loss includes three lives rather than two. Judson is currently being held without bond at the Los Angeles County Jail as he awaits his upcoming court appearance.
