Brad Parscale’s Israeli Government Contract Funnels Millions to Republican Political Allies

Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale has directed approximately $13 million in Israeli government funds to a network of Republican digital strategy firms and political associates. New filings under the Foreign Agents Registration Act reveal that Parscale’s company, Clock Tower X, received over $15 million from the Israeli state via the Havas Media Network to manage pro-Israel messaging campaigns. These documents expose a complex web of financial ties between the Israeli government and prominent conservative political operatives.

A significant portion of these funds has been distributed to companies linked to Parscale’s long-term allies. Notably, Portman Road Strategies, a firm led by veteran GOP strategist Mike Shields, received nearly $5 million for media placement, polling, and consulting services. The connection between the two men runs deep, as 14 of the 18 team members working on Parscale’s Israel contract are employees of Convergence Media, a firm associated with Shields. This arrangement mirrors the professional partnership the pair established during the first Trump administration, where they frequently cross-promoted each other’s services to major political campaigns.

The financial disclosures also highlight potential conflicts of interest regarding Salem Media Group, a prominent right-wing Christian media company. Parscale serves as the chief strategy officer for Salem and used his firm to funnel over $500,000 in advertising payments to a Salem subsidiary as part of the Israeli contract. Furthermore, Ashley Evdokimo, a member of Parscale’s team and a vice president at Salem, registered as a foreign agent for Israel shortly after joining the media organization. These revelations provide a clearer picture of how foreign government resources are being utilized to influence American conservative media through an interconnected group of political consultants. None of the involved parties have responded to requests for comment regarding these financial transactions.
