Witness Reports Seeing Unidentified Flying Object Over Chelyabinsk in 2013

A resident of Nijniy Ufaley, a town in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia, reported encountering an unidentified flying object (UFO) on May 4, 2013. The sighting occurred at approximately 1:20 AM when the witness was walking alone on a deserted street. According to their account, they initially heard dogs barking but then noticed a sudden silence as if something unusual had caught the animals' attention.

The witness described hearing a faint engine-like noise and observing what appeared to be a section of the night sky breaking away from its usual position. As this segment moved closer, it gradually took on the shape of a flying ship approximately 20 meters in length. The craft's surface was dark with star-like lights that blinked intermittently, making it difficult to spot with peripheral vision but unmistakable when viewed directly.

The UFO reportedly flew parallel to the witness at a distance of about 20 meters and maintained the same speed as their walking pace. It featured two engines along its body and three more in the rear, emitting a blue glow similar to that of jet engines but with minimal noise. The witness attempted to evade the craft by entering an apartment building but observed it make a sharp turn and fly over a nearby lake before disappearing from sight.

Despite sharing their experience with family members, they were met with skepticism and disbelief. The encounter left the individual deeply affected, leading them to attempt drawing a sketch of what they had seen, noting distinctive yellow stripes between the engines at the rear that resembled those on high-performance sports cars like Lamborghinis.
