Defense Seeks to Exclude Officer’s Testimony About 'Clearly Pregnant' Brianna Moore

Attorneys for Moore are now seeking to exclude testimony from a police officer who claims that surveillance footage showed Moore appearing "clearly pregnant" before the incident.

In a motion filed on Monday, Moore's legal team requested that the court prevent a specific police officer from testifying about his interpretation of the video evidence.
