Man Arrested in D.C. After Driving Guiltine from California

A 35-year-old man has been arrested by the United States Capitol Police after allegedly transporting a fully functional guillotine across multiple states and into Washington, D.C., where it was discovered on August 25. Philan-Tam-Duy Le, who resides in Julian, California, is accused of driving his pickup truck from his home state to the nation's capital with the deadly device in tow.
