Former Chinese Politburo Member Reveals Alleged Encounter with Extraterrestrial During Mao Era

Former Chinese writer Lu Yuegang has shared an extraordinary tale that he attributes to Tian Jiyun, a former member of the Politburo who served from 1985 to 2002. According to Lu, Tian recounted an incident involving China's top leaders during the early 1960s, shortly after the country’s first successful atomic bomb test in 1964.

Tian learned about this alleged encounter through classified documents accessible only to Politburo members. The document detailed a mysterious event where Chairman Mao Zedong and other high-ranking officials were summoned by an extraterrestrial being who appeared in Mao's dream, instructing him to gather the senior Communist Party leaders at his residence in Zhongnanhai.

The being materialized unexpectedly inside Juxiang Shuwu, Mao’s study and residence. Despite its extraordinary nature, the visitor was indistinguishable from a typical Chinese man, dressed in a traditional Mao suit and speaking fluent Chinese. The encounter lasted over ten minutes during which the extraterrestrial warned against the use of nuclear weapons by China and other major powers like the United States, Soviet Union, United Kingdom, and France.

After delivering this message, the being vanished as mysteriously as it had appeared. Lu Yuegang notes that Deng Yingchao, Zhou Enlai's widow and a member of the Politburo herself, corroborated Tian’s account during a subsequent meeting in 1986 or 1987. She added that Mao subsequently moved to an indoor swimming pool complex within Zhongnanhai due to his discomfort following the encounter.

Lu Yuegang emphasizes his personal trust in Tian Jiyun's character and credibility as a former Politburo member, making it unlikely for him to fabricate such a bizarre story privately. While the veracity of this extraordinary event remains unverified, Lu believes that Tian’s account is genuine and worth sharing with the public.
