Intelligence Official Claims Successful UFO Luring Operation at US Military Facility
The executive director of the Disclosure Foundation, Jordan Flowers, has asserted that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) successfully conducted an operation designed to attract unidentified flying objects over a sensitive U.S. military testing facility in December 2025. During an appearance on CBS News, Flowers detailed how he arrived at this conclusion by analyzing recently released government documents and statements made by members of Congress.
According to Flowers, the incident involved the use of forward-looking infrared (FLIR) technology to capture video footage and photographs of orb-like objects encountered during the operation. The success of the luring effort is evidenced by an FBI 302 interview with a senior intelligence official, as well as a classified briefing for members of Congress, including House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and Representatives Eric Burlison and Tim Burchett.
Flowers emphasized that these events are being viewed as incontrovertible proof of the existence of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) by government officials. He noted that Congressman Burlison's public comments further corroborate this perspective, suggesting a significant acceleration in transparency efforts regarding UAP over the past few months.
The Disclosure Foundation is an advocacy group dedicated to advancing understanding and disclosure of UAP incidents. Flowers' claims are based on the synthesis of publicly available information from government documents released under President Trump’s UFO disclosure initiative. Two key documents pertaining to this event were published in separate tranches: one titled "USPER Statement about UAP Sighting," which is described as an FBI 302 interview with a senior intelligence official, and another document that provides additional details about the encounter.
The implications of such operations raise questions about the extent of government knowledge regarding these phenomena and the technological capabilities employed in their detection and analysis. Flowers' assertion highlights a growing public interest in understanding the nature of UAP sightings and the measures taken by federal agencies to investigate them.
As more information is released, it becomes increasingly clear that the phenomenon of UFO encounters is not merely speculative but involves substantial government activity aimed at both monitoring and potentially controlling these unidentified objects. This development underscores the evolving landscape of national security concerns in an era where traditional definitions of threats are being reevaluated.
