Former Intelligence Chiefs Implicated in Covert UFO Shootdown and Retrieval Operations
New allegations suggest that former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA official Stephanie O’Sullivan oversaw a clandestine program during the Obama administration focused on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). Sources indicate this program, reportedly codenamed ‘Golden Domes,’ involved the active tracking, shootdown, and recovery of what are described as "exotic non-human vehicles." This effort, allegedly a joint operation between the CIA and the United States Air Force, utilized advanced electronic and laser-based capabilities to engage these objects, even when cloaked.
The claims further suggest Clapper’s involvement dates back to his tenure as Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence from 2007 to 2010, a period when O’Sullivan held senior positions within the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology. While the specifics of why the U.S. government would engage UAP remain unclear, the allegations point to a long-standing, highly classified initiative. These revelations build upon Clapper's own recent statements in a documentary, where he acknowledged an active Air Force program monitoring anomalous activities, particularly around Area 51.
These new accusations align with previous statements from UAP whistleblower David Grusch, who explicitly named Clapper as managing a UAP crash retrieval program. Grusch has publicly urged Clapper and O’Sullivan, along with other intelligence community figures, to provide greater transparency on the issue. The persistent allegations from multiple sources regarding such a program, involving high-ranking intelligence officials, underscore the growing pressure for a comprehensive public accounting of UAP-related activities within the U.S. government.
